Shared Residence

After the Kick-Off Meeting occurred in September in Rome, during Short Theatre festival, MORE THAN THIS will starts with its activities within the 21^st edition of DANSEM Festival in Marseille (5^th-15^th of December), the first shared residence in which all the between all artists and cultural operators involved in the project, to share and nourish their research and reflexions, their questions about the project methods, and to implement their professional international network and open collectively the questions of the project. The shared residence provides for an intense programme of talks, think tanks, works presentation about the theoretical issue of hospitality and displacements and themes, for example fiction as a political tool, cultural identities, decolonisation practices, afro-futurism, feminisms, etc. The programme of the shared residence will look in particular at the Mediterranean area, opening also to the specific context in which it takes place: Marseille, with its recent social and political conflicts.
